01 Contractual Acceptance
By accessing kostonline.dk or utilizing the dietary guidance services provided by KostOnline, you enter into a legally binding agreement. These terms of service apply to all visitors, users, and clients. If you disagree with any segment of these mandates, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective once published on this page. Your continued use of the site following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised legal framework.
02 Online Consultation Protocols
Our online consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure a stable internet connection and a private environment for the duration of the session.
Clients must provide accurate health data, including current medications, allergies, and diagnosed conditions. KostOnline is not liable for nutritional guidance based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.
Age Requirement
Standard services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors require verified parental consent before a consultation can be scheduled.
Technical Readiness
You are responsible for the hardware and software required to access the consultation. No refunds are issued for client-side technical failures.

The dietary guidance and plans provided by KostOnline are intended for nutritional optimization and wellness support. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment for acute or chronic diseases.

Financial Commitments & Cancellations
All fees for online consultations are listed in DKK (Danish Krone) and must be settled at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We utilize secure payment gateways to process transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations after this window are subject to a 100% late fee.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or for change-of-mind regarding dietary plans once delivered.
03 Intellectual Proprietary Rights
All content on kostonline.dk, including text, graphics, logos, images, dietary plan structures, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of KostOnline or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use personal dietary plans provided during consultations for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials without express written consent from KostOnline is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction & Liability
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Copenhagen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KostOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services offered. Responsibility for health outcomes remains with the client.
